Easy Dukkah Recipe

OK, so I have purchased jars and jars of Dukkah in the past, but now I make it. One, it's so easy and two it lasts a long time in a jar, so you will always have some on hand.

Sprinkle that shit on EVERYTHING!!!

This also amazing Skin Food as it contains nuts and seeds, which provide essential fatty acids which act as a natural moisturizer for your skin, keeping it supple and improving elasticity.

Also, Cumin seeds are an antimicrobial agent that fights the bacteria and fungus which causes various skin infections and other skin disorders like acne, pimples, eczema. Coriander seeds, it turns out, is brimming with free radical destroying antioxidants, complexion-friendly minerals and skin boosting vitamin C. It's also a potent anti-bacterial, antiseptic, anti-fungal, disinfectant, detoxifier and anti-inflammatory. Plus, it soothes and cools the skin.

The anti-inflammatory properties of Rosemary help to reduce swelling and puffiness of the skin. It also helps to heal burns and soothe the skin. This herb's medicinal qualities makes it a powerful cure for chronic skin conditions including dermatitis, eczema and psoriasis.

Here is my recipe:

1 cup roasted Cashews

1 cup roasted Almonds

1/4 cup sesame seeds + 2 tablespoons for the end

2 tablespoons ground Cumin seeds

1 tablespoon ground Coriander Seeds

1 sprig of fresh Rosemary chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

Blend all in a blender. Taste to see if you need to add more salt and pepper.  Add extra sesame seeds and story well.  Keep in an re-purposed glass jar.  Will last longer if you keep it in the fridge!
